Call It Websites offers website design, website development, and strategic consultation services. All services are subject to availability and outlined in individual proposals or agreements.

Quotes & Payments

All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
A deposit (usually 50%) is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, prior to the website going live.
Payments must be made via EFT or approved payment methods.
Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

Revisions & Approvals

All projects include a set number of revisions, as outlined in your project agreement.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Final approval is required before the website is published or handed over.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide content (text, images, logos, etc.) in a timely manner
Respond to communication within a reasonable timeframe
Review and approve work during key project stages

Delays in providing materials or approvals may affect the project timeline.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and content created by us is transferred to you.
We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing material, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
If we need to cancel a project, we will refund any unused portion of your payment.

Website Hosting & Maintenance

Unless agreed otherwise, website hosting and ongoing maintenance are the responsibility of the client. We can recommend providers or assist in setting up hosting if needed.

Liability

While we strive for perfection, Call It Websites is not liable for:
Losses resulting from website downtime, performance issues, or third-party services
Errors in content provided by the client
Security breaches on client-managed hosting platforms

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
